Wideband shows lean Cyl 2

Finished building out a 2022 Rene 1000R. Engine mod to 1020, 12:1 comp, MRRPM Race Cams.

I have a PV3 with Wieband 2 and i am seeing normal AFR on Cyl 1 but a 25 to 30 AFR on Cyl 2. The sensors are 5in from the heads. I swapped the sensors back and forth and it is not the test rig

I checked the injector on cyl 2 and it seems to be working normally and is not plugged.

Any ideas on what it can be or do i have to tear back into it ?
