if you have the money for new rims i would go that way i also love the look of 14's on my wheeler. here is a pic of mine with 14 rims and 28 zillas to give you a little idea.

I'm kinda surprised no one is runn'in the Interco Reptile tire ??

I had these tires on my Grizz & kept'em & installed them on my Canned Ham ... GREAT all-around tire. I now have about 2000 miles on'em.

The only complaint I have is they run short ... the 27's only measure 26 inches tall. And they're a little heavier than Bighorns - 29F/33R for 27X9RX12 Fronts & 27X11R12 Rears ... compared to 25F/31R for 27X9RX12 Fronts & 27X12RX12 Rears.

But since I don't race, the weight is a Non-Factor to me.

And I run 27X11RX12's on ITP T7 Beadlocks at all four corners !!

Im running Big Horns. Just because i got a set of take offs from a friends commander. The only thing that is a problem is the front rim is only 1/8 of an inch away from the tie rod end at best. Need to run a thin wheel spacer. Other than that there a great tire for a mix of (terrain)?

Pitbull Growlers!
I have over 3,500 combined miles on growlers between my different machines. They are by far the best tire I have ever run. Ride smooth, zero flats, awesome traction and wear like iron. I ride hard on rough trails. Growlers are excellent!

Best upgrade to the Itp holeshots that come factory on the renegade? I don't plan on bug bogging anytime soon just want a little more tread depth either olfactory height or a inch taller

The three that get consistent positive remarks are the Kenda HTR, Big Horn 2.0, and the Dirt Commanders. The dirt commands are the least tall of the three but they have great tread depth. I've run BH 2.0, Dirt Commanders and stock Holeshots.

I'm now running the Growler X.O.R's and really liking them.

I had a set of Dirt Commander on before these and liked them too!

I think they wore down a little quick, hoping these are better.

The Big Horn's are good on most kinds of trails but I want tires that will mud better so I ended up getting the Zilla's. Bought them from atv tire|4wheelonline, and have these tires for 2 months now. They are great in the mud and sand. Another thing I like about Zillas is that they are light in weight.

Kenda Bearclaw HTR. Best tire I've had. Rides smooth on hard pack. Vast improvement over stock on winter snow trails. Better all around than stock IMO. Machine is a 2014 Outlander 650. Handling is stable and predictable. I don't do mud or rock so no input there. They were a little cheaper than bighorn radial. Buddy got bighorn 2.0 and loves them on 800 Outty.

im going to try a new set of rubbers on my 06 grizzly 660... i was looking at gettin itp 589s or mud lite xtr's but i really didnt want to spend that much on a tire since we do a lot of road riding between the mud pits, so i went with the ams swamp fox plus's in 27x12's...
