Hey everyone, just had my father pick me up an 08 Outlander Max XT 800. The bike has 25*8*12 and 25*10*12 tires and what looks like outlander L rims on it. Tires are well worn from what my father tells me so I am in the market looking around. Stock 26's for this bike are near impossible to find especially in 26*8 size. What are your thoughts on staying with the 25's? I don't plan on much bogging however it does happen from time to time (I'm getting around now on a stock 92 Honda Fourtrax 300 and that works for me) What are your recommendations? I'd like to keep under the $150 CAD price range which seems like I will have to stick with the smaller size or look to the used market. All help is appreciated!

Those tires don't look terrible, I've seen worse! If you want to keep the price low 26" mudlites are the best bang for your buck. You can get 1 1/8 " tread if you go with the 26" vs the 25" - they only have 3/4" tread.

I just wish they made the 26's in a 8" wide not 9" for the front.

Anyone know of a 26x9 front tire that will fit my bike without the need for a spacer for clearance? Mud lites?

So I found a set of tires that don't break the bank. Anyone have experience with the kimpex trail fighter tires?
