Engine noise after rebuild (Renegade 800 GEN 1)

Hello everyone,

Due to the consumption of oil in the engine, I performed the following work:

1. Replacing the pistons with oversize BRP (91.208mm),
2. Ground and honed cylinders (91.208mm +0.05mm),
3. Regeneration of heads,
4. Oil pump replacement,

After assembly, the engine runs unevenly, the revolutions wave, when you press the throttle there is a squeak and the engine sometimes stops working. Have any of you had a similar case ? Thanks in advance for the hints.
