Had a 2008 DS 90 about two months now. When I bought it all I knew was it needed a lot of TLC. Replaced front brake cables removed and cleaned the carb. I removed the gas tank and cleaned it as best as I could and replaced all the gas lines. Replaced the CVT belt which now I’m not sure it needed. Put a headlight bulb in replaced the neutral and reverse lights. Got it started started and running smoothly. Idling in neutral it revs up nicely. Put it in gear and it scratched the gears pretty bad if the idling is at all too high. Anyway I put it in forward and it doesn’t rev up hardly and will not move very fast. I have had the old belt off and to do that I had to remove the rear clutch, but I believe everything is back correctly. What is the problem here? Ideas??
