Well I had a response to my post looking for a flywheel for my Outlander from a guy who claimed to have one. Gave me his email to contact him. Said he was in Florida but willing to ship. I asked for some pictures showing the part number to verify it was the right part and immediately recognized the photo from an ebay ad that I had already looked into. The ebay ad is from a guy in Quebec - which isn't even the right part. I called him out on it and he ghosted me. Luckily I hadn't sent him any money. When I checked his profile on here he's only been a member since Feb 12. So something smells shady to me...

And strangely enough I've just had another new member (2 hours old) contact me saying he knows someone that has one available. With an e-mail to contact. Stay tuned...

Yep - another scammer. What is wrong with people these days?? This guy wouldn't send me a single pic as proof. Wouldn't give me a solid price. Wouldn't accept secure payment (PayPal) Demanded Cash App or Bit Coin. And when I suggested getting someone to pick it up person with cash he told me was a man of God and not willing to sell to me now because it would tarnish his images. I just want my Outlander back.

So use caution if you have any dealing with these 2 members.
