I’m helping a buddy with his outlander and the bike was running fine. He removed side plastics to change the belt and spark plugs. Bike sat for 2 days and now it will turn over but won’t start. Has good fuel pressure and spark. Also tried old plugs again and starter fluid.

Update: got a few backfires when doing fuel flooded procedure from owners manual. Also bike is only turning over at 200rpms

New Update: compression is at 30psi and engine doesn’t spin as freely as it should with plugs out
