I am interested in putting a basket on my roof for a trip I'm going on, problem is that my machine is over 4 hours away.  Can someone measure the distance of the width and length of the top (bars).   More or less the area that a luggage basket would sit on.  I want to get as close to the size of the cross members as possible without being to small.

Thank you!

Pat

Don't own a Commander, so can't help that way.

But I found this forum topic that might get you in the ball park.

Post #7 has a drawing for a roof panel in it. It looks like he is simply bending the panel

over the bars and making it full width, so that should get you close.

Thank you!  I'll check it out.
