Hey guys need some help. A few times now i have been in some thick mud and when in 4wd i can see the front left wheel churing through and turning fine but the front right wheel doesnt move but acts like its trying to. It looks like everything is working except front right wheel. It only seems to do this under some pressure. I thought it was some stripped splines in the axle but after taking everything apart i cant find any issues. I even pulled the front diff looking for something obvious but all gears inside diff and all splines look fine. Anyone had this issue before? I hate to put it back together without finding the problem. Thanks!

The front diff only reacts to constant resistance. So in mud i could see it find enough pressure for a split second then after that go back into only one wheel rotating. sucks to take something apart and then it all looks good, if all looks good then there is not much you can do. i would reassemble and have a friend or two over, i would jack up the quad and have 2 friends hold and put resistance on both front wheels then for sure will know if theres an issue or not. keep us posted, I'm curious as to what the problem is or if it wasn't just enough resistance in mud.
