I just finished my first rear diff seal/wear ring change on my 14' Renegade. Not a bad job at all. I was feeling pretty good about myself after getting her back together until I noticed oil leaking right at the bolt that that attaches yoke to diff.

I put loctite on the bolt and torqued it to what I thought was about 55lbs (can't get torque wrench in there). The leak is right at the bolt and washer. Any thoughts? Should I crank the bolt down more?

If it's anything like the bolt in the front diff, that son of a "edit for bad language" was in there so tight I thought I was going to break something getting it off.So I would definitely Crank That bolt down a little more and see if you can stop that leak

Agree. Tighten it a bit more and see what happens
