As i was turnin my bike on paved driveway, The inside rear tire seemed to be pushing.leaving tire marks on the pavemennt. Like it wasnt spinning different than the outter tire.almost as a solid axle would. Is this normal?

Yes, there is no rear diff, just a gear housing really. The new Defender has a rear differential with manual locker.
