I have a 2010 renegade 500. it recently started making a noise in the rear end when making corners slowly or while reversing. it sometime won't do it and won't do it at speed. im not sure what it is or if i should be worried.

any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

What sort of noise?

Could be the CVs.

I've had this experience with mine, it was both CVs.

If you reverse the bike with the steering at full lock does it click?

Get someone to help you, put the bike in N and put the steering at full lock and push the bike backwards see if you get any noise.

CV joints. Replace them both with complete new axles from cv restoration out of Jessup, MD.

They are inexpensive, and good.
