Need a little help please.

The connector on the wiring harness side of my fuel pump needs replaced.

Does anyone know where I can get one? Preferable with a pig tail?

I think is is what's called a weatherpack connector, and I have no idea how to spec them out.

Thanks in advance!!

You can buy the individual parts from your dealer.

Terminals....278001014

Housing......409209700

Wire seal....278001013

No wire included.

At least that way you know it's new.

No worries.

I went off a 2010 800 Outty.

Select "Main Harness"

Find the fuel pump plug and the 3x numbers give you the individual parts.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think if you order 1x #62 you get all the terminals and the same for the seals.

Oh yeah. I used the computer because my fiche reader has blown a bulb. :D

What site did you go to for the fiche?

I tried 2 different sites and neither of them could zoom in close enough to read the numbers

It would be nice if they described what electrical ends they were too, somewhere. I've been sitting on a new 08 gas tank and full new fuel pump for a 2010 swap out for about 8 months. the plugs are different and the 2010 wires are two short to reach where the new 08 fuel pump goes. i need to find a place that sells both types of connectors that can make me a new harness.

I wouldn't make a harness, I'd buy the plug and terminals you need for the new pump, cut the one off the harness and solder splice a longer loom on.

That way you have less possible connector issues in the system.
